This role is responsible for buffing, stripping, waxing floors and maintaining floor care equipment, as well as cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the hospital.
Experience in either a hospital setting, or institutional environment is not required, but the environment can be very fast paced and very physical.
Banner Health offers a $1000 hire-on incentive and a flat rate $1/hour weekend shift differential and an 18%-night shift differential.
