You will support core talent activities across Cross-SET talent, succession planning, development centres, and the Global Talent Marketplace, ensuring that talent data, materials, and outcomes are accurate, well-governed, and translated into consistent, high-quality experiences for HR and business stakeholders.
You will be accountable for end-to-end delivery, data and insight, marketplace enablement, development experiences, and continuous improvement.
This role is a development opportunity for experienced HR or talent professionals looking to build a career in talent management or progress into Global Talent Partner or HRBP roles.
