Job Summary

  • The Operations Work Team Leader will perform a front-line leadership role in support of Manufacturing Associates, Team Leads and Maintenance in the areas for the full Seating department.
  • Develop Process Leads and Operators while working with support resources to increase engagement and involvement in maintaining and improving safety aspects, product quality compliance, achieving and exceeding performance standards.
  • Ensure that all products are produced safely, efficiently, completely, correct and on-time.

  • Skilled in Microsoft SharePoint and/or Teams
