Job Summary

  • The Operations Training Leader oversees the creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of training programs that ensure workforce capability, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across chemical manufacturing plants.
  • This role partners closely with plant leadership, EHS, Quality, and HR to build a strong learning culture that advances safety, technical proficiency, leadership development, and career pathways within the organization.
  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $93,530.00 and $155,890.00 plus discretionary bonuses.
