The Lead Installation Manager shall be responsible for the design, planning, coordination, and execution of all Transportation and Installation (T&I) activities related to the offshore HVDC cable installation works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and contractual obligations.
The role involves line managing all technical resources required to supervise and support the execution of T&I activities and ensuring compliance with Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety policies.

Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience in offshore cabling or subsea disciplines
At least 2 years at Lead Engineer level or equivalent
Direct experience in technical management of EPC contracts
Proven track record of safely managing complex offshore works
Demonstrable Competencies within Engineering design and development
Demonstrable Competencies within Specification and tender document production
Demonstrable Competencies within Construction planning and execution
