This role provides expert EHR design, build, testing, and advanced troubleshooting services for Nordic clients while overseeing customer engagements.
The successful candidate will guide internal and customer teams to resolutions, manage multiple complex clients simultaneously, and ensure patient safety and financial integrity.
Team members are expected to mentor others, create consistent documentation, and participate in on-call rotations including nights and weekends.
