Monitors clients' vital signs and other physical health information, maintains accurate records reflecting the data, including general information relating to treatment results.

Key Requirements
Up to eighteen months of education or training beyond high school in nursing
License for Practical Nursing in Commonwealth of Kentucky
Graduation of an Accredited program
Minimum 6-12 months nursing experience
Reliable transportation for frequent travel between work sites
