Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Java and Spring Boot expertise
AWS services including EKS and SQS
REST API design and maintenance
CI/CD tooling like Jenkins and GitLab
Automated testing and code quality
Agile development with scrum and sprints
PagerDuty on-call rotation participation
Nice-to-have
Modernizing monoliths to event-driven architectures
Kubernetes operations and tuning
Financial services or regulated industry experience
Microsoft Graph API and Salesforce integration
Bias toward action and accountability
Clear documentation and constructive code reviews
Key Requirements
5–8+ years backend engineering experience
Experience with distributed systems
Practical AWS experience including DynamoDB and Lambda
Working knowledge of Terraform
Strong Docker skills
Experience with Jenkins or GitLab CI pipeline design
