Must-have
Enterprise-wide technology tools support
Tier 2 and Tier 3 application support
Systems administration and reporting
PCI/SOX Compliance support
Project and resource data integrity
PPM tool implementation and support
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of MS Project and Smartsheets
Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Reporting tools such as Power BI and SharePoint
Strong MS Office proficiency
Collaboration with IT and Finance partners
Problem resolution and change management
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science preferred
0-1 years experience in business or system analysis
0-2 years experience with PPM tool support
General knowledge of PCI/SOX Compliance auditing
Experience with multiple SDLC methodologies
Experience equivalent to education may be accepted
