Job Summary

  • This role will support the administrative and operational needs for the VP and additional LT member(s) within the consumer team, and will also be responsible for coordinating the budget for the team.
  • Responsibilities include high-level administrative support, coordinating key team meetings end-to-end, managing travel logistics, and serving as the operational hub for the team.
  • The position offers eligibility for overtime, weekend, holiday and other pay premiums, comprehensive benefits including a 401(k) plan with Pfizer Matching Contributions, and paid time off.

Key Requirements

  • 2+ years administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint
  • Familiar with Pfizer internal systems (PT&E, Ariba)
  • Experience with budget management
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to show good judgment and discretion
