Caterpillar UK is seeking a Mining Technical Representative to provide hands-on technical expertise and support to dealers and customers in Central America, the Caribbean, and Northern Latin America. Job Summary

  • Deliver hands-on technical expertise to dealers and customers throughout Central America, the Caribbean, and Northern Latin America, acting as Caterpillar’s frontline technical liaison.
  • Manage and support assigned dealer territories, guiding dealers through complex technical situations and maximizing machine performance for mining operations.
  • Administer service and commercial goodwill policy, warranty settlements, and work with service specialists to ensure dealers have the technical capability to identify and repair product deficiencies.
