This role supports TA partners in sourcing and managing the new hire onboarding process, including candidate screening, initial phone screenings, and ensuring timely pre-onboarding preparations.
You will act as a bridge between various teams, maintain recruitment data accuracy for compliance, manage invoice payments, and develop relationships with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers.
