The MDS Director will assess resident care needs, direct and supervise staff, and coordinate with the Inter-Disciplinary Team to develop and implement care plans.

Key Requirements
Maintain all required continuing education/licensing
Current, unencumbered license to practice as a nurse in S.C.
Current CPR certification
MDS experience within the last 2 years in Skilled Nursing
