Job Summary
The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring adherence to all current regulations.
You will participate in developing written policies, maintaining the Nursing Service Procedures Manual, and assisting with facility surveys by government agencies.
The role requires ensuring sufficient staffing levels, delegating authority to Charge Nurses, and monitoring personnel performance to maintain high-quality care standards.
