Job Summary

• The Ancillary Supervisor is responsible for communicating to guests about additional amenities the venue has to offer, such as Lounges, Rockstar Parking, Seat Upgrades, Ticket Specials, and Lawn Chair Rentals.
• This role involves supporting team members in guest interactions, answering questions, communicating daily specials, and managing upsell areas while overseeing ancillary staff.
• The position requires constant walking, standing, and occasional sitting in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions, with the ability to lift/carry 25+ pounds.
