Job Summary
Assists the Director of Nursing in directing activities of licensed and non-licensed personnel providing 24/7 health care and nursing services to residents.
Oversees clinical operations including making daily rounds, monitoring resident conditions, and ensuring residents are treated with respect.
Acts as the back-up for the DON, RN, and LVN staff and assists with recruitment, training, employee appraisals, and disciplinary actions.

Key Requirements
Graduation from Accredited School of Nursing
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
Good standing with State Board of Nursing
3-5 years nurse management experience
Maintain required continuing education and licensing
