You will be responsible for deploying the F&B strategy within the hotel and supervising all operational services including the restaurant, bar, banquets, and room service.
As a leader and coach, you will develop your teams' skills to achieve a high level of quality in customer service while collaborating closely with the kitchen chef and participating in the establishment's projects and financial objectives.
