Key Requirements

  • Prior experience as an accredited Financial Investigator and Confiscator
  • Part 2 and Part 8 powers
  • extensive experience in leading confiscation investigations
  • Demonstrable experience of tutoring, coaching and mentoring AFIs
  • Sound knowledge of Serious Crime Act 2015
  • Current experience of legal obligations under Data Protection Act 2018
