Job Summary

  • Participate in a variety of technical and non-technical activities in support of the organization’s manufacturing engineering needs including product and process design and redesign, sustaining engineering, and equipment and product testing across all manufacturing areas.
  • Implement design or process improvements that originate from manufacturing, prepare and present proposals, statements of work, technical reports, and design new equipment or operational procedures.
  • Manage material issues (internal and external) that arise in manufacturing (MRBs, NCMs, and CAPAs) working closely with QC and provide technical guidance to other personnel in manufacturing areas.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 10 years of directly related experience
  • Experience with Automated Manufacturing Processes
  • Knowledge of ISO and/or AS9100
  • Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing/6 Sigma/Kaizen
  • U.S. Person for access to ITAR-Controlled Technical Data
