Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Schedule surgeries and procedures
Coordinate with multiple physicians and vendors
Use Electronic Health Record systems
Verify insurance coverage and obtain prior authorization
Communicate with clinical and administrative teams
Manage surgical schedule updates and on-call schedules
Nice-to-have
Collaborate with nursing and anesthesiology leadership
Assist with supply and inventory management
Support patient throughput and bedside caregivers
Provide reports and prepare case data
Key Requirements
High School Diploma/GED
1 year Healthcare/Patient care experience
2 years Healthcare experience preferred
Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association
Associate's Degree preferred in Health or business related field
