Job Summary

• Position responsible for leading, developing, and overseeing the Field Medical Teams, ensuring scientific excellence, the execution of the medical strategy, and the strengthening of relationships with opinion leaders and key stakeholders in the scientific, clinical, and regulatory fields.
• Have a deep understanding of the local healthcare system, its priorities, and challenges and lead the team with an Integrated Engagement plan to gather insights and drive fundamental and sustainable clinical practice transformations in alignment with the Medical Affairs strategy and the company’s portfolio that strengthen healthcare ecosystems, improve treatment outcomes, that enable patient access to quality care.
• Act as manager and leader to the field medical team(s) by providing operational guidance along with skills & capabilities training in accordance with the Global/local standards and relevant Job Descriptions.
