Ensure delivered services are optimized to meet business demands and the service operations strategy, plan, measure, report and communicate service improvement initiatives.

Experience with observability tools (Cloud Monitoring/Logging, Prometheus/Grafana/Datadog)
Experience with security tooling (Dependabot, GitHub Advanced Security, SonarQube, Wiz/Tenable)
