Supervise the shift team's progress against work plans to ensure the proper and safe use of machinery, equipment, and production lines within a production area.
Cooperate with the Production Manager to create an effective work environment and reinforce production schedules and quality.
Ensures the shift operation is run in compliance with health and safety policies and guidelines, and reinforces focus on volume, efficiency and on time delivery.

Key Requirements
