Base: $160,800 - $241,200 USD; Bonus/Equity: Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP); Benefits: Health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, employee stock purchase plan

Key Requirements

  • 7+ years experience with bachelor’s degree or 5+ years with advanced degree
  • Experience with Cognex, Keyence, HALCON, LMI, GigE-based systems
  • Experience authoring FAT/SAT documentation
  • U.S. work authorization sponsorship available for Principal-level roles
  • Ability to travel 20%
  • Degree meeting 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) for foreign degrees
