Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline
Extensive experience in engineering leadership
Proven success leading large capital programs
Experience with matrixed multi-site teams
Leadership of large geographically dispersed teams
Nice-to-have
MBA or equivalent professional experience
Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification
Inclusive and supportive leadership style
Strong financial and business acumen
Familiarity with advanced manufacturing concepts
Key Requirements
