Job Summary

  • You will build a purpose-built, customer experience–driven omnichannel engine across our U.S. Animal Health portfolio and navigate diverse perspectives across the business to achieve alignment and results.
  • The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable, and the company offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid holidays, vacation, and sick days.
  • Employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work model consisting of three total days on-site per week, Monday through Thursday, with Friday designated as a remote-working day unless business critical tasks require on-site presence.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related discipline
  • 10+ years digital marketing experience
  • Minimum 5 years people management experience
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements
  • Proficient with MS Office, MAXX, Jira, Veeva CRM, Google Analytics
