Job Summary

  • The Utility Activation Manager will play a central role in implementing playbooks to demonstrate dealer capability in promoting and enrolling customers into utility programs.
  • This role is responsible for leading utility program integration across GM Energy marketing, dealer and direct sales, brand engagement, customer success, and product teams to maximize enrollment and sales.
  • The position will own the establishment of baseline metrics and processes to measure utility program impact to support sales targets and drive customer participation in programs that create value for EV buyers.
