World Vision is seeking a Resources Acquisition & Management Director in Senegal to lead the development and implementation of strategies for acquiring cash and in-kind resources. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in grant management and proposal writing, along with experience in team leadership and stakeholder relationship management

Job Summary

  • Provide oversight of the RAM unit to develop and implement the strategy to grow WV Senegal cash and in-kind resources in line with WV Senegal 2021-2025 Country Strategy.
  • Monitor, identify, review and pursue steady stream of grant funding opportunities.
  • Work with P&C to recruit and effectively manage major grants/PNS project staff and RAM unit staff.
