Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected violations of protected health information to supervisors promptly.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care needs including bathing, dressing, feeding, and transporting them safely within the facility.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Monitor vital signs and record data accurately
Assist residents with daily hygiene and mobility
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain strict patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Participate in shift meetings to improve services
Cooperate effectively with inter-departmental personnel
