  • Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field
  • 7+ years experience in early learning professional development
  • 5+ years supervisory or staff mentoring experience

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual platforms
  • 5 years expertise in adult learning theory
