SOONEST EXPRESS (S) PTE LTD is seeking a Customer Service cum Operations Executive to handle customer inquiries, shipment processing, and liaising with various stakeholders in the logistics sector. The ideal candidate should have experience in freight forwarding and knowledge of customs regulations, with a strong focus on compliance and customer service

Job Summary

  • Responsibilities: Handling Customer’s inquiries and ensure to comply with operation procedures and Preparing quotations and proposals
  • Handle Shipment – process documentation, manifest, invoices, cost capturing Handling of permit declaration in timely and accurate handling of all Tradenet declarations and submissions
  • Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations, customs procedures, and company policies
