Evaluate patients within twenty four (24) hours, or 1 business day of physician referral, developing effective treatment plans and obtaining physician approval for services.
Treat patients per the physician treatment plan, communicate with supervisors and health team members regarding patient progress, and participate in various patient care conferences.
Record evaluations, daily treatment notes, weekly progress notes, and recertification documentation per state practice act and payer requirements, while instructing families and staff in maintenance programs.
