Must-have
Electrical equipment start-up and commissioning
Lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) procedures
Supervision of field service technicians
Troubleshooting electrical distribution systems
Managing punch list items at job sites
Nice-to-have
Experience with switchgear and UPS systems
Familiarity with advanced communication protocols
Prior supervisory or lead-level experience
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years of field service experience
Associate degree or vocational training in power distribution
Understanding of LOTO procedures involving multiple power sources
Experience with switchgear and electrical control systems preferred
