Job Summary
Provides ongoing Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) care for the entire hospital inpatient census through screening, prioritizing, assessing, and recommending interventions.
Develops and implements individualized nutrition plans of care, including prescribing enteral and parenteral nutrition support orders and therapeutic diets.
