You will be required to assist the Director of Nursing in developing policies, participating in quality assurance programs, and managing staff assignments to maintain high-quality care.
This role involves direct patient interaction including admitting residents, conducting daily rounds, administering medications, and collaborating with physicians and families on care plans.

Key Requirements
