The Senior Transport Planning Supervisor is responsible for leading and optimizing pickup execution, placard compliance, and LabPort operational performance within the managed transportation network.
This leader manages and develops a team responsible for standardized transportation processes, leveraging analytics, transportation management systems (MxTMS), and operational dashboards to improve pickup reliability, reduce service failures, and enhance end-to-end shipment visibility.
The role plays a critical part in escalation management, root-cause analysis, and corrective action execution, ensuring sustainable performance improvements across the network.
