In this role, you will lead individual federal capture efforts across the opportunity lifecycle, from early shaping and capture planning through proposal support, award support, and handoff to delivery.
This is an individual contributor role for someone who brings strong federal proposal experience, thrives in long-cycle and cross-functional pursuits, and can create structure and momentum across complex opportunities.

Experience partnering with sales and account management
Practical understanding of federal market intelligence tools
Strong organizational and project management skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Shipley, APMP, PMP training preferred
