• Partner closely with store leadership and executive teams to design and evaluate compensation plans that attract and retain top talent, reward high performance, and align with business objectives.
• Conduct thorough analysis of pay plan effectiveness, staffing levels, productivity, and annual operating plans to identify compensation opportunities.
