Job Summary

  • Support the Team Lead in managing and overseeing the daily workflow of the team ensuring optimal accuracy and delivery of service.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with QBE Divisions, Reinsurers, Brokers, Underwriters and Claims in order to aid recovery process and maximize the reinsurance strategy.
  • Ensure services are delivered as per SLA maintaining quality work consistently and seek continuous process improvements.

Key Requirements
