Key Requirements

  • 7-10 years of practical experience
  • Experience leading and running numerous projects simultaneously
  • ICD 705 and/or secured environment experience required
  • Ability to develop and cultivate business relationships
  • Strong working knowledge of accounting and financial reporting
  • Ability to lead individuals across a national platform
  • Experience working with Landlords, developers and institutional owners
  • Knowledge and reading construction documents
  • Ability to manage ground-up development projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to read commercial leases
  • Flexibility with work hours and travel
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management strongly preferred
