The role of a Case Manager plays a critical part in supporting people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness to regain stability, access housing, and work towards independence.
As a Case Manager, this is your opportunity to provide holistic, strengths-based case management through our Specialist Homelessness Services (SHS).
