  • Responsible for executing the sales process as interim Sales leader in order to maximize club revenue through new business and customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate closely with the VP, Sales and General Manager to ensure specific club objectives are communicated and achieved.
  • Manage, coaches, and develops sales manager/s and responsible for the team’s overall performance and daily sales activities.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum three years of commissioned sales experience
  • Ability to travel approximately 50%
  • Proven ability to prospect, negotiate and close
  • Strong prioritization, planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to utilize CRM and funnel management tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in leading others preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University
