Job Summary
Provide program and budget analysis support with continuous situational awareness of operational requirements and resourcing decisions across Directorate, HQ STARCOM, USSF, OCSO, DAF, and OSD levels, including sensitive and classified program portfolios.
Support development of the annual USSF Program Objective Memorandum (POM) strategy, applying expert PPBE judgment to both white and black world programs.
Build and maintain Microsoft-based analytical tools to enable budget analysis, efficiency tracking, and senior-leader decision-making in both classified and unclassified environments.
