As a Novice Instruction Supervisor, you play a key part in ensuring AMA’s Driver Education programs are delivered to the highest standards.
You will work collaboratively with instructors, supervisors, administrators, and leadership to ensure Alberta Transportation requirements and AMA standards are met, while delivering a consistently excellent member and client experience.

Key Requirements
High school diploma
Minimum five years' experience in driver education
Leadership, coaching, and performance management experience
Valid Class 1, 2, or 4 Alberta Operator’s Licence
Licensed Alberta driving instructor
Security Clearance, including Vulnerable Sector Check
