Job Summary

The Administrative Officer supports the Division by managing purchasing and procurement activities, including entering requisitions, monitoring their progress through purchase order creation, ensuring internal receiving controls are met, resolving vendor issues, administering supplemental staffing processes, coordinating timely renewals of recurring obligations, and working within the E Procurement system.

Key Requirements
