Job Summary
This position is responsible for managing the food safety and quality risks of the designated product categories.
Ensures compliance of all assigned suppliers to US Foods requirements regarding food safety, quality and regulatory compliance, approving/suspending/restricting/disqualifying as required.

Base: $75,000 - $125,000; Bonus/Equity: annual incentive plan bonus; Benefits: health insurance, retirement benefits, paid time off, disability, employee stock purchase plan, life insurance

Key Requirements
B.S. in applicable field of science or commensurate degree
PCQI/HACCP certified
Minimum 5 years Food Safety Quality experience
2 years experience in food manufacturing
Working knowledge with FDA (FSMA) & USDA regulatory requirements
