Ahwatukeepa is seeking a full-time Home Hospice CNA to provide compassionate patient care within the South and Far South Suburbs of Chicago. The ideal candidate should hold a valid CNA certification and be comfortable working with terminally ill patients, contributing to a holistic care environment while adhering to regulatory requirements

Job Summary

  • Contributes to effective patient outcomes by providing competent patient care assigned by RN and plan of care, reporting all changes in patient condition to RN or manager.
  • Performs personal care needs including feeding patient, laundry, light cleaning of patient room and washing, meeting safety needs of patient using equipment safely and properly.
