Essential duties include performing routine and unscheduled maintenance on grounds, facility, and equipment, such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs, as well as cleaning and servicing heating and cooling units.
The position requires the ability to make independent decisions, follow instructions, deal tactfully with personnel and the public, and apply mathematical concepts to practical situations.
