Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred
  • 3 months experience as nursing assistant OR EMT OR Surgical Technologist in past 3 years OR Completed UAP Program within past 3 years OR Completed Fundamentals of Nursing course OR Missouri CNA License
  • BLS must be obtained within 90 days
  • MO CNA license must be obtained within 120 days of hire
