• Lead and manage the fragrance development process as part of a global team, contributing to fragrance assessments and recommendations for innovation and regulatory projects.
• Create fragrance stories to support brand discussions and product launches, while also supporting the fragrance strategy through key initiatives and global proactive projects.
• Build and strengthen relationships with global and regional teams, external fragrance houses, and key interfaces across departments to enable collaboration and keep consumers and speed at the heart of everything.
